Each enterprise supporting Luz Verde projects works within these values:

  • Our values and services in a nutshell!We’re a fair wage employer.   We ensure excellent working conditions for all our staff, minimum wage requirements are more than fulfilled and wages are raised twice a year.  Tips are shared, meals, vacations, social security and more.
  • We support and create Nicaraguan employment.  We have over 23 employees and international volunteer roles are chosen only for skills that can’t be found locally or development projects that otherwise would be able to run.
  • All profits are re-invested into local, rural community projects
  • We are working towards social justice and environmental sustainability
